I have extensive experience of working with abuse (sexual, emotional and physical), anger management, anxiety, loss, grief and bereavement as well as a particular interest in guilt/shame and isolation/loneliness.
I offer therapy face-to-face, from my private practice at The Awareness Centre in Clapham, City Road Therapy in Islington, or by Zoom/Teams. I am available for a free 10 - 15 min conversation on the telephone, for clients to discuss what they want out of therapy.
